TWO SIMPLE STEPS

1. PLACE AN ORDER
After placing an order, a confirmation will be sent to you by email.
We will process and ship your order as fast as possible, and get your order shipped within 1-2 working days, with the exception of Saturdays, Sundays and Public Holidays.
A shipment confirmation will be sent to you by e-mail along with a shipping number, which allows you to track your package. We offer free worldwide standard shipping on all orders. In addition, we also offer express shipping at additional cost of 50 DKK. 

 

2. WAIT FOR YOUR PACKAGE

You will receive your order within 3-5 working days with standard delivery, or 1-2 days with express delivery. Bear in mind that Saturdays, Sundays, and Public Holidays are not included in this estimation. Delivery confirmation will be sent to you by e-mail.

 

RETURNS

If you are not satisfied with your order or would like to exchange a product, please contact us at contact@theloyalty.com and we will help you with further instructions, as well as a pre-paid return label. The products are to be returned in an unused condition and the return must contain original packaging. Once returned, we will refund you the full value of purchased products to the same account from which the original payment was made.

 

TAXES AND DUTIES

All prices displayed on The Loyalty website are including VAT.
Please note that if an order is shipped to a non-EU country, you may be subject to import duties and taxes, which will be collected upon delivery. As a customer, you will be responsible for payment of such import charges.
